Description

  • Drive the product roadmap across Avo’s products and platform infrastructure, balancing near-term value with long-term differentiation.
  • Translate customer, clinician, sales, and market insights into clear product direction and actionable requirements.
  • Turn complex clinical workflows and use cases into product requirements that engineering teams can build and customers can understand.
  • Apply strong UI/UX judgment to create intuitive, scalable, customer-centric experiences.
  • Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure what is shipped works in real-world clinical settings.
  • Work closely with engineering leads to scope, sequence, ship, and iterate on features from early spec through rollout.
  • Track adoption, engagement, and impact metrics after launch.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across distributed Product and Engineering teams across the United States and South Korea.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, market trends, and competitive dynamics to help define product direction.
  • Support sales cycles and customer conversations as a product authority and mentor junior product team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
  • Experience in clinical decision support or enterprise SaaS serving regulated industries is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing AI-powered product experiences.
  • Understanding of how LLM capabilities and limitations affect user-facing workflows and UX.
  • Track record of shipping complex, multi-stakeholder products and iterating them at scale.
  • Strong product strategy instincts and ability to identify the right problem before prescribing solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing crisp specs and delivering clear demos.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and clinical teams, with enough technical architecture knowledge for tradeoff discussions.
  • Prior experience at a startup or high-growth company, with comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Comfort working across US and Asia-Pacific time zones, including early morning or evening hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel to Korea 2–3 times per year for approximately one week per trip.
