Description

  • Lead onboarding for new eCommerce clients, including Shopify setup, configuration, and launch readiness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and provide clear communication and proactive follow-up.
  • Support clients with order, platform, and account-related questions and resolve inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to maintain alignment, continuity of service, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects at once in a fast-paced, high-volume eCommerce environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to strengthen onboarding effectiveness and client experience.
  • Document onboarding processes, client requirements, and key milestones to support operational consistency and scalability.
  • Support day-to-day eCommerce operations and store optimization as part of the onboarding and implementation process.

Requirements

  • C1/C2 level English proficiency or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify.
  • 5-10 years of experience in eCommerce customer success or onboarding.
  • Experience supporting mid-to-large eCommerce businesses, ideally with $50M+ in annual revenue.
  • Experience working within sophisticated, process-driven organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary of $1,500-$2,500 USD per month.
