Description

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including build, segmentation, and QA.
  • Develop and maintain automated lifecycle flows such as welcome, post-purchase, and abandoned cart sequences.
  • Prepare creative briefs based on strategy and historical performance data.
  • Review campaign metrics and recommend improvements to segmentation, send timing, and prioritization.
  • Join client or internal calls, capture key takeaways, and turn them into actionable next steps.
  • Oversee ClickUp or similar tools for task creation, timelines, and progress tracking.
  • Translate strategy sessions, call notes, and project updates into clear execution plans.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple active accounts or workstreams.
  • Identify blockers or missing inputs early and keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintain accountability and proactively drive progress without close supervision.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo for campaign setup, automation flows, segmentation, and QA.
  • Experience managing SMS marketing programs.
  • Strong project management background with tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to make informed decisions independently and manage shifting priorities.
  • Preferred experience working in an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Preferred experience supporting marketing strategists or directors.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
  • Familiarity with subscription tools such as Stay.ai, Recharge, or Skio.
