Description

  • Serve as the technical expert for deployment solutions, modifications, enhancements, and systems management across multiple technology disciplines.
  • Provide consultation and technical guidance to senior and mid-level management on Windows PC and Mac deployment and systems management topics.
  • Assist Product and Sales teams when needed.
  • Design, conduct, and document UAT and end-to-end solution quality tests.
  • Handle a high volume of support calls and monitor, triage, and troubleshoot incoming ticket requests.
  • Provide technical phone support for Workplace product users and log all interactions accurately in Zendesk.
  • Navigate technical documentation to follow troubleshooting steps for reported issues.
  • Monitor ticket queues to maintain SLA compliance and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Deliver remote desktop support to client and internal users.
  • Identify emerging issues proactively, notify management of trending technical problems, and contribute process improvement ideas.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships to support escalation paths and end-user success.
  • Maintain clear, consistent incident and resolution documentation and uphold a positive, professional customer experience.

Requirements

  • C1 level English or equivalent proficiency.
  • Experience in software deployment and installation.
  • Expertise in version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Experience in SaaS and start-up environments is strongly preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

  • Salary range of $3,500-$4,500 USD per month.
  • Full-time contractor role.
  • Unlimited PTO plus holidays.
  • $1,500 USD tech budget.
