Description

  • Будувати, підтримувати та оптимізувати CI/CD pipelines для веб-продуктів, сайтів і внутрішніх сервісів у Jenkins та GitLab CI/CD.
  • Підтримувати поступову міграцію deployment processes з Jenkins на GitLab CI.
  • Забезпечувати стабільні, repeatable та predictable deployments з rollback-механізмами і мінімальною кількістю manual steps.
  • Налаштовувати та підтримувати Docker-based runtime environments для web applications та сервісів.
  • Адмініструвати Linux-сервери у production-середовищі, включно з налаштуванням, patch management, troubleshooting та performance analysis.
  • Автоматизовувати infrastructure setup, configuration management та maintenance-процеси через Ansible і Bash.
  • Підтримувати web infrastructure: Nginx, SSL/TLS, reverse proxy, routing, Cloudflare, DNS, caching та базові security rules.
  • Налаштовувати, підтримувати та покращувати monitoring, logging та alerting для production systems.
  • Аналізувати deployment failures та production incidents, визначати root cause і впроваджувати preventive actions.
  • Підтримувати backup/restore, monitoring та базове troubleshooting для MySQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Участь у post-incident reviews та підготовка технічних висновків після інцидентів.
  • Документувати інфраструктурні рішення, deployment workflows, конфігурації та важливі зміни.
  • Узгоджувати production changes з командою, попереджати про ризики та ініціювати усунення слабких місць в інфраструктурі та архітектурі.

Requirements

  • 3+ роки досвіду адміністрування Linux-серверів у production-середовищі.
  • Впевнене розуміння мережевих технологій і протоколів: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, WebSockets, reverse proxy та routing.
  • Практичний досвід роботи з Docker та docker-compose, включно з runtime-середовищами, networking, volumes, дебагом та оптимізацією.
  • Досвід побудови та підтримки CI/CD у Jenkins та GitLab CI/CD, включно з автоматизованим деплоєм, rollback та мінімізацією downtime.
  • Досвід автоматизації інфраструктури та конфігурацій за допомогою Ansible.
  • Досвід роботи з Nginx для reverse proxy, SSL, routing та деплою веб-застосунків.
  • Розуміння принципів SRE: reliability, observability, incident response та root cause analysis.
  • Досвід роботи з моніторингом та логуванням: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Promtail, Sentry або аналоги.
  • Базовий або середній досвід адміністрування MySQL/PostgreSQL, включно з backup/restore, monitoring та troubleshooting.
  • Розуміння best practices безпеки Linux та веб-інфраструктури, включно з hardening, access control, SSL/TLS, patching та vulnerability handling.
  • Сильні навички troubleshooting, локалізації проблем, root cause analysis та preventive actions.
  • Самостійність та ownership у роботі з інфраструктурними задачами end-to-end.
  • Англійська мова на рівні Intermediate (B1) або вище.
  • Досвід роботи з AWS, GCP або іншими хмарними платформами буде перевагою.
  • Досвід роботи з Cloudflare та Terraform буде перевагою.
  • Розуміння high-availability рішень, таких як Keepalived, replication та failover, буде перевагою.
  • Досвід роботи з Redis, RabbitMQ або Memcached буде перевагою.
  • Розуміння MySQL/PostgreSQL replication буде перевагою.
  • Базові навички Python або Go будуть перевагою.
  • Досвід адміністрування WordPress/headless WordPress буде перевагою.
  • Досвід проведення post-incident reviews та RCA буде перевагою.
