Description

  • Deliver customer support via phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Handle guest inquiries about check-ins, check-outs, accommodation services, amenities, and location information.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
  • Handle sensitive customer data carefully and securely.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
  • Apply customer happiness best practices in daily support work.
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and Italian skills at C1 level in both spoken and written communication.
  • 6-12 months of experience in customer support.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus.
  • Ability to send a CV in English.
  • Availability to work a fixed schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 2 PM–10 PM CET.
