Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Apply customer happiness practices and support a high-quality service experience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and work toward KPI targets.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Native Greek and excellent English communication skills are required, with C1 level in both spoken and written English.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Finance or legal background is a plus.
  • Understanding of how taxes work in the EU, especially Greece, is a plus.
