Description

  • Provide first-line support to customers via chat, calls, and email.
  • Escalate and resolve customer tickets in line with internal procedures.
  • Answer policy and billing questions clearly and accurately.
  • Serve as the first point of contact during service outages and communicate updates timely.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and route more complex cases to the right teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
  • Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support.
  • Experience using Zendesk.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to test and troubleshoot simple technical issues.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • A tech-savvy, positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • A personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • A stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
