Description

  • Build, refine, and maintain core full-stack application features.
  • Develop and optimize the main application and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing systems.
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA engineers on integration and deployment.
  • Design and maintain secure backend logic and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and customize the company’s WordPress marketing website.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
  • Support high code quality, seamless integration, and reliable releases.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience, including 5–6+ years in full-stack development.
  • Deep professional experience with React.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Python or Java and complex backend architecture.
  • Fluent English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
  • Extensive Figma experience and a proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, deliver efficiently, and use AI tools productively.
  • Experience with both Python and Java is preferred.
  • Hands-on Next.js experience is preferred.
  • WordPress maintenance and customization experience is preferred.
