Description

  • Build and ship full-stack features meeting quality, performance, and UX standards.
  • Shape technical decisions including libraries, API patterns, code structure, and testing strategy.
  • Translate user needs into web experiences in partnership with Product and Design.
  • Integrate Microsoft Graph, Azure AD/Entra ID, and MSAL securely and reliably.
  • Identify technical risks and develop solutions that keep delivery moving.
  • Establish reusable technical patterns for future feature development.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor teammates.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot to improve delivery and quality.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of software development experience, ideally in a product-oriented environment.
  • Strong React and TypeScript frontend development experience.
  • Backend development experience with C# and .NET.
  • Strong technical judgment in a product development context.
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily software development.
  • Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to constructively challenge product decisions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure AD/Entra ID, and MSAL is preferred.

  • Base salary of $125,000–$160,000 CAD, adjusted by region where applicable.
