Description

  • Set up and configure a complex B2B product with functional logic.
  • Conduct discovery and demo calls to understand client business needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that clearly show value and functionality.
  • Develop and run client training sessions to drive user adoption.
  • Manage the full customer journey from implementation through long-term success.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade client plans as customer needs grow.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience setting up a complex B2B product with functional logic.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP, CRM, or SaaS products such as Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong account management skills.
  • Ability to work with complex product suites and technical client needs.
