Description

  • Prepare, process, and maintain accurate sales invoices and related accounting administrative records.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable and communicate with customers about invoices, payments, and contract-related matters.
  • Verify customer orders and ensure all information is correctly processed and documented in internal systems.
  • Update customers on the status of their files, orders, and administrative processes.
  • Enter, update, and monitor sales contracts in the database while maintaining data quality standards.
  • Manage general administrative duties, including reception support, phone handling, and office management tasks.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities and contribute to internal operational projects.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and customers to improve service efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time.

Requirements

  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills at C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • Professional, friendly, and service-oriented communication skills across phone, email, and internal collaboration.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage files accurately and independently in a structured manner.
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to follow up promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • A personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of French is a plus.
