Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for assigned engagements according to established processes.
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable management tasks as applicable.
  • Record bookkeeping entries and close the books on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely, effective client communication.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or tools that improve client value and efficiency.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins.
  • Learn and apply new technology to help solve client issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment, preferred.
  • Availability to work 25-30 hours per week during business hours.
  • Ability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Experience managing client relationships while working within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with client data.
  • Confidence in embracing new technology and adapting to coaching and feedback.
