Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements according to defined processes.
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable processing as needed.
  • Post bookkeeping entries and support monthly closing of the books.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
  • Work directly with clients to provide guidance and maintain day-to-day relationships.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely, effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Discover, implement, and help clients adopt software and tools that improve efficiency.
  • Manage and document internal workflow and follow established processes and budget parameters.
  • Identify opportunities to add services or tools that increase client value and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
  • Availability and commitment to work part-time during business hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when working with client data.
  • Comfort learning and embracing new technology to solve client issues.
  • Passion for helping clients and businesses succeed.
