Description

Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements according to defined processes.
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable processing as needed.
Post bookkeeping entries and support monthly closing of the books.
Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
Work directly with clients to provide guidance and maintain day-to-day relationships.
Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely, effective communication and client satisfaction.
Discover, implement, and help clients adopt software and tools that improve efficiency.
Manage and document internal workflow and follow established processes and budget parameters.
Identify opportunities to add services or tools that increase client value and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
Availability and commitment to work part-time during business hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when working with client data.
Comfort learning and embracing new technology to solve client issues.
Passion for helping clients and businesses succeed.
