Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for all assigned client engagements according to defined processes.
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable management tasks.
  • Make bookkeeping entries and close the books monthly.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely, effective client communication.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or tools that can increase client value and efficiency.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins to stay aligned with goals.
  • Learn and adopt new technology to solve client issues and improve workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment highly preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time, 25–30 hours per week.
  • Availability to work during daytime business hours of 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when working with client data.
  • Comfort with working directly with clients in a remote environment.
  • Confidence in learning and embracing new technology.
