Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements according to defined processes.
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, bookkeeping entries, monthly close, and financial reporting and analysis.
  • Work directly with clients to manage day-to-day relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Collaborate with managers and team associates through timely and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities to add services or tools that increase client value and efficiency.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings.
  • Learn and apply new technology to solve client issues.
  • Embrace coaching and feedback and implement changes to support team and client goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly close, and financial reporting and analysis.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability and commitment to work part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
  • Availability during traditional business hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • High level of confidentiality when working with client data.
  • Passion for client service and helping businesses succeed.
