Description

Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements according to defined processes.
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, bookkeeping entries, monthly close, and financial reporting and analysis.
Work directly with clients to manage day-to-day relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
Collaborate with managers and team associates through timely and effective communication.
Identify opportunities to add services or tools that increase client value and efficiency.
Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings.
Learn and apply new technology to solve client issues.
Embrace coaching and feedback and implement changes to support team and client goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly close, and financial reporting and analysis.
1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
Ability and commitment to work part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
Availability during traditional business hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
High level of confidentiality when working with client data.
Passion for client service and helping businesses succeed.
