Description

Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Support client onboarding for assigned engagements according to defined processes.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as applicable.
Perform bookkeeping entries, monthly close activities, and financial reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure timely, effective client communication.
Manage day-to-day client relationships while working within established processes and budget parameters.
Identify opportunities to add services or tools that improve client value and efficiency.
Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins.
Learn and implement new technology to help solve client issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
Availability to work part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
Commitment to work during traditional business hours of 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
Ability and willingness to embrace new technology.
Strong focus on client service and helping businesses succeed.
Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with client data.
