Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational support to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for new engagements according to defined processes.
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable management as needed.
  • Prepare bookkeeping entries and close the books on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members through timely, effective communication.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins.
  • Learn and apply new technology to solve client issues.
  • Identify opportunities to add services or tools that increase client value and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly closes, and financial reporting.
  • 1+ year of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
  • Ability to work during traditional daytime business hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
  • Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Experience working directly with client data while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Comfort learning and embracing new technology.
  • Passion for client service and helping businesses succeed.
