Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements according to defined processes.
  • Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as applicable.
  • Perform bookkeeping entries and monthly close activities.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely, effective client communication.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Discover, learn, and implement software to solve client issues and improve efficiency.
  • Document internal workflows and recommend additional services or tools to create client value.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings.
  • Respond to coaching and feedback and implement changes to support team and client goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment highly preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
  • Ability to work during traditional business hours: 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Comfort learning and embracing new technology.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality when handling client data.
  • Experience managing day-to-day client relationships while working within established processes and budget parameters.
