Description

Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
Support client onboarding for new engagements according to defined processes.
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as applicable.
Enter bookkeeping transactions and help close the books on a monthly basis.
Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
Work directly with clients and manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
Collaborate with managers and team members through timely communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins to stay aligned on goals and priorities.
Learn and implement new software and technology to solve client issues.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or tools that increase client value and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Experience in a multi-client environment highly preferred.
Availability to work part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
Ability to work during traditional business hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Confidence in learning and embracing new technology.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling client data.
Passion for client service and helping businesses succeed.
