Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for new engagements according to defined processes.
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as applicable.
  • Enter bookkeeping transactions and help close the books on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
  • Work directly with clients and manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members through timely communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins to stay aligned on goals and priorities.
  • Learn and implement new software and technology to solve client issues.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or tools that increase client value and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment highly preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
  • Ability to work during traditional business hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Confidence in learning and embracing new technology.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling client data.
  • Passion for client service and helping businesses succeed.
