Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for assigned engagements according to defined processes.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as applicable.
  • Prepare bookkeeping entries and close the books monthly.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely, effective client communication.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Identify opportunities to add services or tools that improve client value and efficiency.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins.
  • Learn and embrace new technology to solve client issues and improve workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment highly preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time, 25–30 hours per week.
  • Ability to work during daytime business hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Strong understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling client data.
  • Confidence in learning and using new technology.
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote team environment is beneficial.
