Description

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the ecommerce website, mobile app, and back-office software.
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, key milestones, and timelines.
  • Gather estimates, build roadmaps, delegate tasks, coordinate project activities, and track deliverables.
  • Measure project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with software engineers, product managers, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to drive technical plans and delivery.
  • Remove roadblocks and facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact and communicate proactively across product teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Keep project management software and project documentation up to date.
  • Prepare agendas and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical team members.
  • Identify, escalate, and help mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase consistency, efficiency, and timely execution.
  • Support the internal product request and bug triage process by clarifying, prioritizing, and routing requests appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of project management experience working with product managers, software developers, UX designers, and quality assurance engineers.
  • Experience in a software development environment and knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks including waterfall, agile, and hybrid.
  • Experience with project management or development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Coda, Monday.com, or Asana.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across departments and levels of the business.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and re-prioritize.
  • High-level proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Experience working with remote and e-commerce teams (preferred).
  • Experience serving as a Scrum Master or holding CSM certification (preferred).
  • PMP certification (preferred).
