Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, construction oversight, and closeout.
  • Develop project plans, RFPs, and contracts, and select and manage vendors, architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT, procurement, and business units to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, ADA, environmental regulations, and company standards.
  • Track project progress, risks, budgets, and change orders, and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and post-project evaluations to support continuous improvement.
  • Support capital planning and multi-site standardization efforts to improve efficiency and control costs.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies or urgent facility projects while minimizing business disruption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8+ years of project management experience in facilities, construction, or corporate real estate.
  • 3+ years of experience leading multi-site or national projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • PMP, CFM, or a similar certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, and basic AutoCAD, as well as CMMS and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for remote or multi-site coordination.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Experience in retail, logistics, or industrial facilities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency projects, or hybrid workplace transitions is preferred.
  • Experience managing vendor portfolios and budgets at scale is preferred.
