Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for Games Operations compliance requirements and track completion of related processes.
  • Plan and manage games certification and renewal cycles, including annual regulator submissions.
  • Coordinate new market entry planning and cross-functional compliance efforts for smooth launches.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams on new initiatives and ensure clear accountability for delivery.
  • Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a centralized Games Operations knowledge base.
  • Partner with legal teams to prepare and complete regulatory compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate tasks and projects with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Improve processes and provide structure, ownership, and oversight for Games Operations projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
  • Experience in iGaming, either B2B or B2C, with knowledge of games compliance and certification requirements for casino products.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and self-management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across locations and time zones.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues, create solutions, and improve processes.
  • Games expertise is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Structured, organized, and able to learn quickly.
