Description

  • Lead project planning and execution for large-scale fulfillment center buildouts, including greenfield launches and facility moves from inception through go-live.
  • Own end-to-end coordination of automation system deployments, including goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, and WMS integration, with vendors and internal IT.
  • Define project scope, milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics, and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and other teams to align objectives and drive execution.
  • Develop and maintain capital and labor models to support facility investment decisions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and deliverables across automation, construction, and equipment partners, including risk escalation and accountability to commitments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication on project status, risks, and decisions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and surface issues to leadership with recommendations.
  • Conduct post-launch performance reviews to validate throughput, labor, and cost assumptions against design targets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the fulfillment network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of program management experience in supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related distribution/logistics field.
  • Experience managing large-scale capital programs or projects of $5M+.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and equipment procurement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with simultaneous workstreams across Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners.
  • Direct on-site fulfillment or warehouse operations experience is preferred.
  • Experience with greenfield facility buildouts or large-scale fulfillment center relocations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WES/WCS integration and automation vendor management is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in an e-commerce or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis, and the company will not sponsor work visas.
  • Remote employees must be able to work in a distraction-free environment.
  • The role is open only to candidates living in, or willing to relocate to, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
