Description

  • Own the operational setup and ongoing optimization of Asana across all engagements.
  • Maintain standardized templates, task structures, milestone frameworks, and dashboards for consistent engagement delivery.
  • Translate high-level inputs from Engagement Leads into detailed, structured execution plans and client roadmaps.
  • Build roadmaps with clear owners, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and backlog priorities.
  • Run internal weekly production meetings, drive agendas, track action items, and clarify next steps and ownership.
  • Identify blockers, delivery risks, scope creep, and dependency issues early and escalate proactively when needed.
  • Track progress against roadmaps, timelines, milestones, pacing, scope, and engagement health across active work.
  • Produce weekly reporting summaries and portfolio-level visibility into delivery health, risks, blockers, and milestone status.
  • Partner with Practice Leaders and Operations to evolve delivery workflows, governance, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Support scalable delivery practices across Revenue Strategy and AI engagements.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, agency, or similar client-service environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to deliver structured, measurable outcomes in a consulting-style environment.
  • Experience working in a small, fast-moving company; startup or boutique consulting experience is preferred.
  • Strong experience owning project or program management systems such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Ability to build repeatable processes, templates, governance models, and reporting cadences.
  • Experience proactively managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Working knowledge of modern GTM functions, including sales, enablement, RevOps, CRM ecosystems, analytics, and automation.
  • Applied experience using AI in delivery operations, workflow automation, or program management.
  • Strong internal executive presence and polished communication style, with nuance in client-facing environments.
  • Experience managing a portfolio or book of work, not just a single project.
  • Experience producing executive-ready reporting and delivery summaries.

  • Base salary of $110,000–$125,000.
