Description

  • Run specialized production projects from brief through delivery, including brand films, digital ads, and modular performance marketing content.
  • Partner with Creative Leads, DOPs, editors, and scriptwriters to execute high-quality production work.
  • Coordinate global shoots, both onsite and remotely directed, and manage external vendors as needed.
  • Support the use of AI-powered tools for scripting, storyboarding, post-production, and asset creation when relevant.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, licensing, and deliverables across social, Connected TV, and digital ad channels.
  • Collaborate with the AR & 3D team on interactive or immersive content and understand the basic phases of these projects.
  • Build and maintain a vetted global supplier network across crew, gear, studios, and specialized production services.
  • Optimize production processes and identify scalable ways of working.
  • Work closely with Creative Project Managers, Creative Directors, Finance, and customers to keep scope, planning, shoot, and post aligned.
  • Own overall project milestones and ensure delivery is on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative production in an agency, in-house, or production company setting.
  • Strong experience managing video shoots, post-production, and digital-first content for organic and paid channels.
  • Experience working with performance marketing teams or optimizing content for testing and iteration is a plus.
  • Comfort working in global, remote, and asynchronous environments.
  • Strong interest in AI, AR, and emerging creative tools, with curiosity to test and apply them thoughtfully.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors, production budgets, and contracts.
  • A process-minded approach with a strong focus on structure and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and occasional irregular schedules.
