Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, redactions, and related eDiscovery tasks.
  • Perform first and second level document review as assigned.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to analyze and manage case materials.
  • Conduct conceptual searching and other workflow-driven review activities.
  • Support legal research and related project work when needed.
  • Collaborate with the project team to maintain efficient and accurate review workflows.
  • Assist with expert testimony preparation and foreign language translation projects when applicable.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, and conceptual searching.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project schedule with hours and location determined by assignment.
  • Willingness to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement depending on project needs.
