Description

  • Deliver end-user support through helpdesk and triage services, resolving issues quickly and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage user endpoints with a strong focus on security, functionality, and effective device administration.
  • Integrate IT systems to improve operational efficiency and support organizational needs.
  • Drive automation across IT operations to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Support and manage the user application portfolio, including updates and ongoing application support.
  • Provision user accounts and maintain secure access to systems and applications.
  • Provide basic technical support for AWS Marketplace services.
  • Administer Atlassian environments, including Jira and Confluence, at the system configuration level.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams on joint initiatives and cross-functional efforts.
  • Support global hardware and end-user device needs, including related IT applications.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in end-user services, helpdesk, and triage support.
  • Experience executing Jira tickets and producing high-quality, reusable Confluence documentation.
  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as JAMF.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating IT systems.
  • Strong familiarity with IT automation and scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell.
  • Experience managing a user application portfolio.
  • Experience with user provisioning processes, particularly using Okta.
  • Regular responsibility for AV equipment setup and management.
  • Basic AWS knowledge and the ability to support marketplace services; AWS Marketplace technical support is a bonus.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian administration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in cloud services and management, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, is desirable.
  • Experience managing security hardware devices such as cameras and door readers is desirable.
  • Experience working with third-party MSP relationships around hardware device management is desirable.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and practices, vendor management, and contract management is desirable.
