Description

  • Engage enterprise customers, government bodies, and public or private organizations to understand strategic needs, challenges, and ambitions.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into tailored solution roadmaps, including design validation, full-stack integration, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Partner with the Solution Architect and cross-functional teams to co-develop proposals that deliver business value.
  • Lead strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders and position Submer as a long-term innovation partner.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives across the UK and Europe, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities aligned with sustainable and scalable infrastructure.
  • Monitor industry trends, funding programs, and regulatory developments to anticipate market shifts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, strategic partners, and ecosystem players.
  • Support customers after the sale to ensure long-term success and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; MBA or postgrad preferred.
  • Proven track record in consultative, strategic sales within the data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure industries.
  • Deep understanding of data center ecosystems, including design, integration, sustainability, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working on large-scale, high-impact projects such as hyperscale data centers, regional deployments, or government-funded initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence C-level decision makers.
  • Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to uncover opportunities through dialogue and data.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with sustainability-focused or digital transformation infrastructure initiatives is strongly aligned with the role.
  • Familiarity with UK government-backed digital initiatives and regulatory environments is preferred.
