Description

  • Support management of the global sales pipeline across GPUaaS and AI infrastructure opportunities.
  • Maintain opportunity qualification frameworks, deal stage progression, and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate opportunity reviews, pipeline reporting, and commercial tracking activities.
  • Build and maintain sales reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and forecasting models.
  • Track pipeline progression, conversion rates, deployment milestones, infrastructure utilization, capacity forecasting, partnership expansion, and commercial performance metrics.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate quote, proposal, order, and contracting workflows across commercial opportunities.
  • Support customer onboarding, deployment readiness, and commercial execution activities.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the commercial organization.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support commercial execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related operational role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations, infrastructure platforms, cloud services, telecom services, or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of commercial workflow systems, forecasting processes, pipeline management, operational reporting, and process governance.
  • Expert-level Google Sheets proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting dashboards, data analysis, forecasting, and sales operations reporting.
  • Experience supporting complex or long-cycle enterprise sales motions, including familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing operational workflows and KPI reporting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and multiple time zones is highly desirable.
