Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners as the main point of contact for technical and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to define, implement, and launch successful technical integrations and new capabilities.
  • Set service level agreements and performance standards, and use metrics to monitor and improve partner health and satisfaction.
  • Lead regular technical reviews to identify issues and improve partner performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Partner Development to deliver process improvements and technical solutions for partners.
  • Coordinate incident resolution and partner communications with internal teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies in Stripe’s operating model and drive technical and operational solutions to address them.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to help partners use Stripe’s products effectively.
  • Gather partner feedback to inform improvements in internal processes and product functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations, especially in external-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to drive small-to-medium-sized projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset and a strong sense of urgency to scale products and operations through partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to support decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in banking, e-commerce, or payments, with knowledge of payment technologies and ecosystems preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and XML preferred.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or cloud-based technology environment preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company preferred.
