Description

  • Project manage People M&A workstreams from diligence and integration planning through close and post-close execution.
  • Coordinate Total Rewards, People Partners, People Operations, People Systems, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, and Corporate Technology teams.
  • Align plans, dependencies, decisions, ownership, and milestones with transaction timelines.
  • Develop and execute integration and change-management plans for functional leads, acquired employees, and affected stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies; coordinate resolutions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Establish feedback and support mechanisms, including surveys, office hours, and centralized support channels.
  • Build People M&A infrastructure such as project plans, templates, checklists, playbooks, reporting, and retrospectives.
  • Improve future integrations through documentation, cross-training, and standardized practices.
  • Support other business-critical and transformational projects across Total Rewards and the People team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience at a global company.
  • 2+ years managing workstreams across the M&A lifecycle, including diligence, integration planning, close readiness, and post-close integration.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
  • Experience building repeatable program infrastructure, including playbooks, project templates, readiness checklists, risk logs, or retrospectives.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, repeatable programs in a scaling environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive updates, decision memos, and operational playbooks.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders across People, Legal, Finance, Recruiting, and Corporate Development functions.
  • Experience working with data and systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with change-management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or project management methodologies or certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
