Description

  • Build and drive large-scale programs end to end, securing the cross-functional support and resources needed to achieve goals.
  • Manage change management activities including stakeholder engagement, champion building, communication planning, support, and enablement.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across levels and functions at Stripe.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities for Revenue teams across strategy, people, process, and technology.
  • Develop a Programs Center of Excellence and provide guidance, consulting, and coaching to peers and partner teams.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and synthesize data to inform strategy and support decision-making.
  • Make C-suite-level recommendations and drive decisions when needed.
  • Coordinate or lead PMO responsibilities across cross-functional teams and transition programs to operational counterparts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a sales and marketing organization.
  • Demonstrated success delivering global, complex programs end to end in ambiguous, changing environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills with influence across all levels, including front-line teams and C-suite leaders.
  • Ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems and solutions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on approach with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Leadership qualities, including taking ownership of challenges, supporting colleagues, and setting a high standard for quality.
  • Comfort operating with incomplete data and re-prioritizing as business needs change (preferred).
  • Experience solving commercial, operational, or financial business problems in a sales-oriented environment, plus prior experience with payments and SQL (preferred).
