Description

  • Lead large-scale end-to-end deal lifecycle transformation programs and secure the cross-functional support needed to deliver them.
  • Design and scale a global delivery model, including effective management and integration of offshore teams.
  • Build and maintain process documentation, methodology guides, process maps, and strategic playbooks.
  • Coordinate change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, enablement, and champion development.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders across levels and functions at Stripe.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement deal lifecycle improvements across strategy, people, policy, process, and technology.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and synthesize data to inform strategy and decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level recommendations and help drive decisions when needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record delivering global, complex enterprise deal lifecycle or commercial transformation programs end to end in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with deal management processes, deal process root cause analysis, and commercial agreements.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure complex problems while managing details.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, including influencing stakeholders from front-line teams to executives.
  • Comfort using Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyze large datasets.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Deal Approval, and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
  • Preferred: comfort operating with incomplete data and re-prioritizing work as business needs change.
  • Preferred: experience solving commercial, operational, or financial business problems in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Preferred: prior experience with payments and/or SaaS.
