Description

  • Contribute to product decision-making and roadmap prioritization in partnership with product operations and product management.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis on industry players’ go-to-market strategies and messaging.
  • Keep executives and cross-functional stakeholders informed with market insights and competitive updates.
  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that translates technical capabilities into clear value propositions for technical and business audiences.
  • Create enablement assets that help sales teams understand product value and competitive differentiation.
  • Produce executive briefings, analyst presentations, and sales playbooks that scale insights across the organization.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Campaigns across multiple interdependent workstreams.
  • Support pipeline and revenue outcomes through content and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in sales enablement, competitive intelligence, product marketing, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience translating technical features into benefits for a technical audience.
  • Experience managing competitive projects such as market analysis, collateral creation, and internal enablement sessions.
  • Experience working with B2B sales teams, preferably in technology, infrastructure, or platform companies.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, or developer-facing platform companies is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how payment and revenue management products are bought and sold is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record building and scaling a competitive intelligence program, including tools, processes, and executive-level reporting.
  • Familiarity with industry analysts such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC and with incorporating third-party research into go-to-market strategy.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience at a top-tier consulting, strategy, or technology firm.
