Description

  • Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled paid campaigns to generate and accelerate sales pipeline and company revenue.
  • Develop and manage the testing agenda and media plans for the paid digital program.
  • Measure campaign success against key metrics and report on performance on a recurring cadence.
  • Optimize paid campaigns based on user data, performance trends, and business targets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across campaigns, design, marketing operations, product marketing, analytics, insights, and regional teams.
  • Manage audience targeting and ensure campaigns reach the right users.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and shift spend to maximize value.
  • Identify weaknesses in the paid program and create plans to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience.
  • 5+ years of paid digital experience, preferably in paid social, display, and direct response.
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and best practices, including targeting, ad formats, privacy laws, attribution, and incrementality.
  • Experience articulating requirements to analytics, campaigns, sales strategy and operations, and marketing leadership.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive strategic and tactical workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze trends and extract actionable insights from data.
  • Experience driving experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize and improve campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: 10+ years of work experience, 7+ years of paid digital experience, 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with ABM exposure, experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce, and experience driving demand for sales teams.
