Description

  • Own the overall campaign strategy and plan for startups and AI companies and lead the global cross-functional activation workstream.
  • Partner with communications, product marketing, channel teams, regional and field marketing, partner marketing, and sales teams to define and implement campaigns.
  • Work with regional marketing teams to ensure local relevance and advise on campaign delivery.
  • Deliver campaigns across digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social, events, sales plays, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content/editorial teams to create campaign materials such as whitepapers, guides, blogs, checklists, interactive content, and offers.
  • Use or recommend tools that improve or accelerate the campaigns function.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the target audience by shaping campaign strategy with market trends, competitive context, and customer insights.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a focus on lead generation, pipeline, and target account penetration.
  • Share learnings regularly to improve campaign effectiveness and overall impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, including some combination of integrated campaigns, content marketing, regional/field marketing, and/or account-based marketing.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the startup and AI landscape.
  • Proven experience partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to build, grow, and develop pipeline.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to build, interpret, and adjust measurement tools and data.
  • Exceptional presentation, writing, and communication skills, especially for executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, recommend solutions, and drive clarity across complex global stakeholder groups.
  • Experience building campaigns and programs from the ground up across multiple functions.
  • Experience at a highly dynamic, fast-growing growth tech company (preferred).
  • Experience in payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries, or in marketing FinTech solutions (preferred).
  • Integrated campaigns experience across enterprise, industry, SMB/mid-market, SaaS platforms, or startup audiences (preferred).
  • Product campaigns experience focused on payments, fraud, financial services, and/or embedded finance (preferred).
