Description

  • Partner with account executives and technical account managers on post-sale customer engagements.
  • Manage a book of enterprise customers to improve account health, product adoption, usage, renewals, growth, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on payments and Stripe products by delivering performance and industry insights.
  • Lead business reviews to align on priorities, review performance metrics, share the product roadmap, and advise on optimization opportunities.
  • Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback and insights with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Identify and surface expansion opportunities in coordination with the account team.
  • Deliver proactive workshops and thought leadership to help customers grow their businesses.
  • Engage customers in product, payment, and technical conversations to investigate issues and provide insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in enterprise relationship management with large, global, and complex organizations.
  • Experience working with a technical product is preferred.
  • Strong business sense and understanding of the drivers and strategy behind customers’ businesses.
  • Track record of leading technical conversations and influencing others based on requirements and solution value.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, especially for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • History of success in consulting, pre-sales, technical account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals, preferably in a sales setting.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects and/or programs.
  • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and resolving them.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate data and people to find answers.
  • Ability to work well with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Motivation and flexibility to succeed in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
