Description

  • Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support program design, recommendations, and decision-making.
  • Play a key role in annual pay range benchmarking and review processes.
  • Support relationships with third-party vendors by keeping compensation data sets comprehensive and current.
  • Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with People and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation data and reporting.
  • Perform periodic audits in Workday to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the design and development of annual compensation planning programs.
  • Participate in research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs.
  • Manage and analyze complex datasets to distill insights and build tools that improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, either on an HR compensation team, as an external compensation consultant, or both.
  • Experience developing and managing global compensation programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including building and maintaining complex models.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
  • Experience communicating complex ideas and quantitative insights clearly across diverse teams.
  • Deep commitment to excellent user experience, empathy, and discretion.
  • Familiarity with equity compensation programs and related compliance requirements.
  • Preferred: strong knowledge of Workday and/or Tableau functionality.
  • Preferred: experience with Workday and the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
  • Preferred: experience supporting equity compensation programs at a private or publicly traded company.
  • Preferred: highly organized and able to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
