Description

  • Handle recurring monthly invoicing for hourly and contract-based work.
  • Process payroll for employees and contractors.
  • Prepare and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Manage and maintain Asana for project coordination.
  • Oversee project management and tracking using Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Perform quality control with strong attention to detail and correct English grammar.
  • Provide general administrative support to the engineering team with minimal supervision.
  • Attend weekly Monday meetings at 9:30 a.m. EST.

Requirements

  • Background in engineering, architecture, or construction (required).
  • Proven experience in invoicing and administrative support.
  • High attention to detail, strong grammar, and quality control skills.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability for weekly Monday meetings at 9:30 a.m. EST.
