Description

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and participate actively in the community.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospects and present the Arize vision.
  • Run a sophisticated prospecting strategy to identify and generate new deals.
  • Create sales plays, write talk tracks, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Research target accounts, stakeholders, and competitors in depth.
  • Manage proof-of-concept engagements and drive customer adoption.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders to ensure sales success.
  • Understand customer use cases, scope licensing, and expand workloads within accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience with full-cycle sales and navigating complex enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, sales technologies used to find and attract prospects.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter in a limited-process environment.
  • Strong focus on helping prospects and customers in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and objectively share field observations.
  • Experience selling into Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning organizations is a plus.
  • BANT or MEDDIC methodology experience is preferred.
