Description

  • Lead the architectural design process for large-scale, high-impact projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership to define architectural vision, goals, and requirements.
  • Develop and communicate architectural plans, including system architecture, technology selection, and design principles.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to design teams and ensure best practices and industry standards are followed.
  • Manage the overall program scope, timeline, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep milestones, dependencies, and project execution on track.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
  • Maintain project schedules, status reports, and transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as a liaison between design, development, and operations teams.
  • Mentor junior architects and project managers and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in architecture and program management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a mission-critical environment.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in architectural design, systems architecture, and project lifecycle management.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or AIA are preferred.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, tech, or government sectors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge design trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies is preferred.
