Description

  • Provide first-line IT support to local, remote, and mobile employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Provision and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, phones, and voicemail.
  • Create, maintain, and deploy Windows and macOS system images.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Linux environments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Document solutions and procedures in the IT knowledge base.
  • Administer and support the IT service management (ITSM) system.
  • Support office technology including scanners, printers, and workstations.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and intern program IT support.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure, server, and network support.
  • Participate in occasional off-hours or on-call support as needed.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance is required, and U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Hands-on experience providing desktop or helpdesk IT support is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are required.
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems is required.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory user administration is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • 3+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting engineering and business applications such as Microsoft Office, MATLAB, Visual Studio, and VMware is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Dell and Apple hardware is preferred.
  • Intermediate Active Directory skills, including users, groups, printers, and resources, are preferred.
  • IT certifications such as Network+, Security+, or Linux+ are preferred.
  • Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills are preferred.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn is preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time salary range of $72,000 to $90,000.
