Description

  • Support the delivery of Storyteq training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders across a range of projects and programmes.
  • Facilitate scheduled and ad hoc training sessions in virtual and face-to-face classroom environments.
  • Adapt training delivery to different audiences, user roles, and learning requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by helping create test scripts and supporting documentation with consultants and project teams.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, user guides, videos, quick reference materials, and supporting resources.
  • Coordinate training communications to support project rollouts and improve user engagement.
  • Maintain training plans aligned to project timelines and delivery milestones.
  • Monitor learner engagement, gather feedback, and use insights to improve training delivery and adoption.
  • Collaborate with consultants, project teams, stakeholders, and wider delivery teams to support project objectives.
  • Track and report on training activity, learner engagement, and training progress.
  • Provide professional and timely support for training-related queries and user requests.
  • Maintain internal training materials and external client-facing content on learning platforms.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and support requirements with project and account teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a training, learning, enablement, customer support, or client-facing role is desirable.
  • Experience creating presentations, training materials, user guides, or learning resources is desirable.
  • Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities or project delivery environments is beneficial.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage groups in learning environments.
  • Comfortable delivering both virtual and face-to-face classroom-based training sessions.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence in learning and working with new technologies and digital platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of standard IT applications and presentation tools.
