Description

  • Deliver structured customer training sessions using established materials and guidance to support adoption of Keeper products.
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars while encouraging participant engagement and interaction.
  • Use and maintain existing training materials and learning resources, making minor updates or improvements when needed.
  • Incorporate approved interactive elements into training sessions to improve engagement and learning retention.
  • Engage with customers to understand training needs and gather feedback.
  • Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning outcomes and answer common questions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and customer interactions.
  • Follow established training standards, workflows, and documentation practices.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Support basic LMS user needs, including login questions, course access, and directing users to training resources.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels.
  • Ability and willingness to consistently maintain working hours.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team across global regions and time zones.
