Description

Become an authority on Storyblok and headless CMS to help developers, partner agencies, and customers understand the platform and implement headless architectures.
Create and maintain developer tutorials, developer guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation.
Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to demonstrate Storyblok’s capabilities and the headless content management approach.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and useful for internal and external users.
Help teammates overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and complete work tasks.
Seek guidance to expand your own expertise and mentor teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in web development.
Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with CMS platforms; experience with headless CMS is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of RESTful APIs; GraphQL API experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte.
Working knowledge of Git.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with high attention to detail.
Continuous learning mindset and ability to learn, document, and explain technical topics efficiently and clearly.
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and work quality while applying sound judgment.
