Description

  • Become an authority on Storyblok and headless CMS to help developers, partner agencies, and customers understand the platform and implement headless architectures.
  • Create and maintain developer tutorials, developer guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation.
  • Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to demonstrate Storyblok’s capabilities and the headless content management approach.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and useful for internal and external users.
  • Help teammates overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and complete work tasks.
  • Seek guidance to expand your own expertise and mentor teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web development.
  • Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CMS platforms; experience with headless CMS is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of RESTful APIs; GraphQL API experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte.
  • Working knowledge of Git.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with high attention to detail.
  • Continuous learning mindset and ability to learn, document, and explain technical topics efficiently and clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
  • AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and work quality while applying sound judgment.
