Description

  • Collaborate with delivery team members to gather and analyze technical requirements for client martech stacks.
  • Document integration points and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Develop functional design specifications that define workflows, user journeys, and business rules.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions that align business objectives with technical execution.
  • Build and manage complex data structures, including user attributes and event tracking.
  • Use Braze segmentation tools to create dynamic and static audience segments.
  • Design and implement multi-step, multi-channel campaign flows in Braze Canvas.
  • Share ideas, recommendations, and solution write-ups with other Solution Architects and during office hours.
  • Manage time effectively to meet quarterly billable hour targets.
  • Maintain current Braze and martech knowledge by earning and keeping required certifications.
  • Travel up to 20% to client sites for strategic discussions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry.
  • 3 or more Braze certifications, including the Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist certifications, or the ability to obtain them quickly after starting.
  • Knowledge of Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and data ingestion processes.
  • Experience and confidence in developing and clearly documenting custom solutions.
  • Strong organization, delegation, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to articulate marketing technology best practices and translate them into practical implementation recommendations.
  • Ability to adapt to unfamiliar areas or new technologies with enthusiasm and curiosity.
  • Excellent strategic and technical thinking with the ability to design holistic solutions for complex situations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements effectively.
  • Confidence in leading customer-facing discussions and presentations while managing expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without current or future visa sponsorship.
