Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large, high-visibility projects and programs.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Drive execution across multiple workstreams, dependencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and senior stakeholders, including executive-level reporting and steering committees.
  • Manage expectations, negotiate scope changes, resolve conflicts, and escalate critical risks with recommendations.
  • Track and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery impacts across business and technical teams.
  • Manage contract, SOW, change management, PMO standards, governance, and reporting requirements.
  • Coach junior project managers and contribute templates, best practices, knowledge base content, and internal process improvements.
  • Own design reviews, support account expansion discussions, and help identify new workstreams and client opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing technology and customer engagement implementations, preferably with Braze or similar platforms.
  • Currently have 3 or more Braze certifications, including the Braze Marketer certification, or the ability to quickly obtain them after starting.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Clear, concise communication with the ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and change.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, enterprise, or regulated environments preferred.
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners.
  • Familiarity with PMO governance, financial controls, and reporting standards.
  • Experience leading transformation, technology, or operational initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation.
  • Proven track record of leading project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to client sites.
