Description

  • Manage day-to-day execution of Braze implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and early adoption.
  • Own the integrated project plan, including milestones, dependencies, and risks across data, integrations, channel configuration, and campaign enablement workstreams.
  • Partner with a Senior Implementation Lead or Launch Practice Leader to ensure delivery aligns with the agreed roadmap and overall strategy.
  • Facilitate working sessions and status meetings with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers.
  • Coordinate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Technical Producers, and client engineering teams to keep integrations, data flows, and QA on track.
  • Support go-live readiness activities such as test planning, deliverability checks, QA coordination, and launch runbooks.
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports.
  • Escalate risks and issues early and drive mitigation decisions with senior leaders when needed.
  • Contribute lessons learned to Stitch implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices as the Braze practice grows.
  • Manage time to meet billable utilization targets of 36+ hours per week and travel up to 20–25% for key milestones and workshops.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in martech, CRM, customer engagement, or related SaaS implementation roles.
  • Experience leading or coordinating multi-stakeholder implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • Experience with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform strongly preferred.
  • Braze certifications or partner experience are a plus.
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience is a plus.
  • Executive communication comfort for succinct status and risk updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in the United States, Canada, or United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
  • Strong project/program management skills, including planning, accountability, scope, timeline, and risk management.
  • Ability to connect technical implementation details such as events, attributes, segments, and channels to business outcomes and marketing use cases.
  • Curiosity to deepen expertise in Braze and adjacent customer engagement tools over time.
