Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale specialty accounts and manage day-to-day account needs and relationship maintenance.
  • Manage the full order book, including seasonal POs, special orders, pre-season orders, at-once orders, and backorders.
  • Communicate order book updates to accounts, including availability, delivery timelines, allocation issues, and swap recommendations.
  • Maintain marketing and sales assets in Elastic and own the pending fulfillment order pipeline in the CRM platform.
  • Partner with Sales Agencies to support wholesale sell-through and account success.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and warranties for the wholesale channel.
  • Coordinate with warehouse contacts to ensure product arrives on time and in full, including participation in bi-weekly NRI meetings.
  • Participate in weekly Sales Team meetings and provide updates on channel business, priorities, and action items.
  • Generate seasonal sales reports and analytical channel reports using Elastic and NetSuite.
  • Maintain shared files, sales tools, product information, SPS reporting, UPC lists, imagery, and catalogs across systems.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of account management, customer service, or relevant wholesale/retail experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, warm, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Google Workspace experience is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adopt new systems quickly.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Elastic, or SPS Commerce is a strong plus.
  • Background in wholesale apparel or the outdoor industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in solving customer needs.
  • Must be able to work in a stationary position 75%+ of the work day.
