Description

  • Perform initial review of high-volume commercial agreements, including NDAs, master services agreements, and vendor arrangements.
  • Work within an AI-assisted review workflow by verifying and correcting AI-generated first-pass markups.
  • Apply client-specific legal playbooks accurately and consistently.
  • Escalate issues outside established guidance to quality control.
  • Identify and flag confidentiality and commercial risks in standard transactions.
  • Maintain accurate ticket status and clean handoffs across shifts.
  • Manage a demanding review queue while balancing accuracy and turnaround speed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in legal contract review.
  • Hands-on NDA review experience under US or UK law.
  • Strong background in high-volume commercial contract review environments.
  • Experience working from detailed legal playbooks and client-specific instructions.
  • Genuine interest in AI and legal technology, with daily hands-on use of AI tools in legal work.
  • Ability to operate independently in a 100% remote role on a fixed schedule.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken legal English.
  • LL.M. from a U.S. or UK institution (preferred, not required).
